The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program in France



The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program is established by French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French higher education establishments to attract top foreign students to enrol in their master's and PhD courses.

It helps to shape the state of the emerging countries at master's level, and from emerging and industrialized countries at PhD level.

Eiffel scholarships for college in France re-opened. EIFFEL EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME 2018 is offered by the French Government through the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs for international students to continue their Master and PhD studies at the existing universities in France. France is known for its quality of education and the hospitality of its people who are open to newcomers. Of course, study opportunities in France through the Eiffel Scholarship you should consider.

The courses offered in the Eiffel scholarship are as follows :

  1. Law
  2. Economics and Management
  3. Engineering Sciences for Masters level, as well as Science in a wider scope for PhD level (Engineering Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Nano and Biotechnology, Earth Sciences, Universe Sciences, Environmental Science, and Technology Information and Communication.

Eiffel Scholarship financing coverage :

  1. Monthly allowance of 1,181 Euro for Master and 1,400 Euro scholarship recipients for PhD scholarship recipients.
  2. Ticket plane PP Indonesia - France.
  3. Social security for students over the age of 28 years and additional health insurance for students under the age of 28 years.
  4. Cultural activities.
  5. Additional residence allowance if it meets certain conditions.

It should be noted that Eiffel scholarships do not include university admission fees as well as tuition fees, so applicants must bear the fees themselves (in some universities there is a free tuition fee and some are discounted) You should be diligent in asking the university). But for state universities in France, the state pays a tuition fee of about 10,000 Euro per year for each student without exception (French or foreign students). With the subsidy can make tuition becomes cheaper.

Requirements :
  1. Not a citizen or dual citizen with France.
  2. Maximum age 30 years for Master program applicants (born on March 12, 1987 or later) or a maximum of 35 years for PhD program applicants (born on March 12, 1982 or later) during the selection process by the committee.
  3. Scholarship application is not submitted solely but submitted by a French college institution that has approved your application lecture. Applicants proposed by more than one college will not be considered in scholarship selection.
  4. Scholarships are intended for students who wish to enroll in the Master's program, School of Engineering, and PhD.
  5. Applicants who have been awarded French Government scholarships from other scholarship programs are not eligible for the Eiffel scholarship.
  6. For applicants of the Master's program: Applicants who have previously been rejected during the French Government scholarship selection process can not join the Eiffel scholarship (although applying for different fields of study). In addition, applicants who have previously received an Eiffel Scholarship at the Masters level are also unable to attend this scholarship for the same level.
  7. For PhD program applicants: Educational institutions in France are allowed to apply for candidates who have previously received a Master's scholarship to enroll for a PhD-level Eiffel scholarship.
  8. Meet the language proficiency requirements required by the selected course.
  9. Preferably for applicants who are currently outside France than those currently in France.

To register Eiffel Scholarship, the registration is not submitted solely by the participant, but by the institution of the intended university. Upon receipt and obtaining a Letter of Acceptance (LoA), applicants may request to the university to be submitted as participant of the Eiffel scholarship program.

Felix Scholarships Master and PhD Program for Developing Countries(Fully Funded)





The Felix Scholarship was established for the supply of underprivileged students from India and some developing countries again the opportunity to pursue graduate studies with a UK university.

Under the prestigious Felix Scholarship scheme, the following awards will be available for programs beginning in September 2018, to candidates who can demonstrate academic excellence and financial needs.

The Felix Scholarship is offered to students from developing countries for a degree at a UK university. The program aims to encourage students to expose themselves to academic studies, cultures, experiences and friendships.

Chinese Government Scholarship



The Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) is a national research organization for scientific research, technology transfer and education in agriculture. It is always striving to provide solutions to a broad range of challenges in sustaining agricultural development through innovative research and technology transfer. The Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (GSCAAS) is a higher education institution mainly focusing on graduate education (Agency No. 82101). As the education arm of CAAS, GSCAAS has been ranked among China’s first-class graduate schools with its overall competitiveness in the disciplines of agriculture. It offers Master’s and Doctoral programs to international students through 34 institutes of CAAS. The duration of study usually lasts for 3 years for both Master’s and Doctoral programs. Certificates of graduation and degrees will be awarded to those who have met the requirements of graduation and degree conferment. The instruction languages are mostly English or Chinese-English bilingually in graduate training.
In 2007, GSCAAS received the qualification of Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS) Granting Institution from the Ministry of Education of China. Now GSCAAS offers international students various scholarships including the Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS), the Beijing Government Scholarship (BGS), the GSCAAS Scholarship (GSCAASS) and the GSCAAS-OWSD Fellowship.   • Application Form for Study in CAAS-2018 (Please download the newest application from, and for the Part II of the form, please leave it blank), Please choose the major and host supervisor cautiously based on the attached Supervisor List and submit your application after a thorough discussion with the expected supervisor.
  • CSC Application Form (only needed for Autumn semester application).
  • Photocopy of passport (at least 2 years validity) personal information page;
  • Highest diploma (notarized photocopy);
  • Academic transcripts of the most advanced studies (notarized photocopy);
  • Two reference letters from two Professors or experts with equal titles in related fields;
  • CV and  research proposal (no less than 400 words for visiting scholars, no less than 500 words for postgraduates);
  • Language Proficiency Requirements: English Language Certificate; Or score reports of TOEFL, IELTS, CEFR, etc.; Or score reports of the Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK);
  • Photocopies of degree thesis abstract, complete thesis (in soft copy) needed if it is written in English, and abstracts of maximum 5 representative academic papers (full paper are preferred), please do not submit the photocopies of unpublished papers;
  • No Objection Certificate issued by the current employer(Please indicate that the employer has on objection on you applying for the scholarship, and your study leave will be granted accordingly);
  • Foreigner Physical Examination Form (Please take health examination in the hospitals designated by the Chinese Embassy);
  • Acceptance letter. Applicants with acceptance letter from CAAS professors are preferred.
