Criteria:
- Complete Application following detailed instructions
- GPA of 3.5 or higher - Certified Transcript
- Essay #1 - Your reasons for pursuing a degree in a medical field.
- Essay #2 - Your understanding and feelings regarding "Patriotism."
- Leadership
- Community Service
- Letter of Recommendation
