Question 4: What is the maximum amount that this type of used car can I find?

When you ask these questions on internet don’t set idol and think that you are done, go and find a person who has a profound experience in car industry, give them a gift and tell them that I need you on the day I buying car.

If you want to buy a car that is already used by someone then one think that you must need is to never stop with just one dealer, check three to four car dealer with the same model of car you want to buy, then go with the best deal that you get.

Here, is a short story about a person who buys a car with a very reasonable price

A person goes to a car dealer and he ask for $15,000 for that car and he skip this offer and go for other dealer which offer the same brand a price of $12000. He goes to home and think of the best price he can afford and he offered $10,000 to the last dealer the dealer say “Yes” so he got the best car and the best deal that he is happy and so his dealer, a won-won condition.

Wait and wait

If you are an entrepreneur then you may know that buying anything cheap and at good price then you have to wait for a month or two until the company introduces the other version of the product.
Therefore, the best practice is to talk to the dealer and wait for his reply, give him time and you will find the best offer and the best deal of the accord.

The best thing you have is your time and money, if you wasting time to earning money then why you waste the money and time both in a deal that give you no value. Innovation is an important thing for life, how to do Innovation in Business?

Innovation is an important thing for life, how to do Innovation in Business?

Innovation is when you create something that has value added or the cost is decrease on that product.

Either the product cost is decrease, addition of new features, increasing the life time of a product or create something that is really the need of the time.

Here are some of the tips that help you to innovate:

   1.     Market Viability verses Big Data: Don’t ever confuse the big data as a very complex tool; instead a Google search can help you to study the market.

    2.     Deep listening: Listen to the problem people faces during their daily life, feel their pain and focus more on why question then what.

    3.     Cost analysis: Now, everything is clear, ask yourself how much it would cost, find every possible way to reduce the cost.

4.

Fit:Based on Cost, you must find out how much profit your service or product will generate.

   5.     Demand:Determine the market cap, how much will be the demand for the product and at the same time where is the favorable space for selling this product.
   6.     Market Capture: Find out how much of the market your capture and how to scale your business.
   7.     Build a Product:
    8.     Bring product to the market:
     9.     Repeat step 1-7 again.

How to Be a Better Thinker, Innovator and Problem Solver
Here are some of the points that you need to remember will innovating things:

     1.     Ideas are Number game: When you get any idea about a problem, the first thing is to how to solve it, this is a first level thinking, you must have to go deeper to better understand the idea and to explore the idea.

      2.     Think in Questions: The bigger your questions will be the best solution you obtain, but you must have to work on those questions and to find the right answers.

      3.     Don’t come up with idea come up with solution: Let say you have a idea, a idea of a billion dollar, but no one will pay for it unless and until you come with a solution.

      4.     Think Different: Your different thinking will make you look different and even a authority person, speak at the right time and think about multiple things.

Fulbrights Grants for Indonesian Lecturers – PhD

The American Indonesian Exchange Foundation (AMINEF) is the binational Fulbright Commission for Indonesia. For twenty-five years we have carried forward the vision and mission of the Fulbright program in Indonesia, which in 2017 celebrated its 65th anniversary. AMINEF’s many programs for educational exchange have increased mutual understanding between the United States and Indonesia and strengthened the ties that unite our two countries. Since 1950, 2,815 Indonesians and 1,120 Americans have participated in exchanges. Approximately 80 percent of the Indonesians received graduate degrees at the master’s or doctoral levels from American universities. The remaining 20 percent participated in non-degree exchanges administered by AMINEF.
AMINEF has played a significant role with funds provided through the US Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Exchange (ECA) for Fulbright and non-Fulbright ECA exchange programs and other activities administered by AMINEF. The Fulbright–Indonesia Research in Science and Technology (FIRST) program and other US government-funded programs specifically address exchanges in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) for both Indonesian and American researchers, teachers, and scholars.
This grant is for three years’ study at a US university to pursue a doctoral degree in any field of study except medical sciences. It is open to applicants who serve as permanent faculty members of state or private universities in Indonesia.
