Deadline: March 19, 2018
The scholarships are available to any qualifying student in each of the school district’s six high schools as well as students graduating from Adult Education. Special consideration will be given to students pursuing a career in the nursing / medical profession and who have shown an interest in this field as shown by classes taken in high school.

- Complete application as outlined
- Essay - Knowledge and Understanding of Organ Donation/Career Interest
- Leadership
- Community Service
- Letter of Recommendation
